Program Specialist — Senior Center

What you'll do

• Assist the Program Manager with scheduling, outreach, and activity coordination
• lead and participate in events, workshops, and the monthly Brown Bag Program
• help seniors access community services, food donations, and healthcare resources
• track participant feedback, manage donations, and maintain reporting records
• represent BAMSI at local meetings and build community partnerships.

Why this role

Requires bilingual fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, Cape Verdean Creole, or Haitian Creole; 2+ years working with seniors or special-needs populations; and a valid Massachusetts driver’s license and reliable transportation. Schedule is 30 hours.
