What you'll do

• Supervise nursing staff during assigned shifts
• ensure resident care plans are implemented and updated
• assess residents and monitor changes in condition

• oversee medication administration, treatments, documentation, and nursing services
• address resident, family, visitor, and staff concerns
• assist with staffing coverage and scheduling
• support staff education, orientation, coaching, and performance management
• ensure compliance with facility policies, infection control, resident rights, and regulations
• respond to emergencies and incidents
• participate in QAPI initiatives.
