Group Facilitator - Eating Disorder Treatment

The Group Facilitator is a full-time, onsite role based in White Plains, NY. The position offers a pay range of $21–$28 per hour and supports the Monte Nido Eating Disorder Center of Westchester. This role is responsible for facilitating and implementing group sessions, creating a safe environment for patients to share emotional difficulties, and acting as a catalyst for personal development. The facilitator works within a multi-disciplinary team to support clients in their recovery journey.

What you'll do

• Facilitates group sessions, encourages interaction between members, monitors client needs, documents progress and mental status, and maintains positive working relationships with staff.
