What you'll do

• Provide interim facility Business Office Manager coverage during vacancies, focusing on accounts receivable and collections
• equip business-office staff with skills to complete assigned tasks
• evaluate office staff efficiency, accuracy, and productivity with the REBOC and Controller
• participate in process improvement
• assist with onboarding and training
• model business-office policies and procedures
• evaluate billing accuracy under Medicare and Medicaid guidelines
• communicate concerns to the REBOC
• monitor accounts receivable effectiveness and recommend improvements
• assist in evaluating performance issues.
