Inside Sales Representative

What you'll do

• Manage and grow existing accounts through regular phone and email contact
• negotiate prices and contract terms as needed
• follow up on inquiries and quotations and update the CRM
• conduct post-sales follow-up
• prepare reports on client needs and competitor activity
• handle sales inquiries, quotation administration, invoicing, filing, and inventory control
• support Live Chat coverage
• participate in marketing activities such as trade shows
• and travel occasionally for onsite training, trade shows, or annual inventory.
