Property Caretaker

Job overview

The Property Caretaker role is onsite in Warren, VT, with compensation of $25–$27 per hour and 30–40 hours per week. Weekends are required, and weekends and holidays may also be required. What you'll do

• Assist with daily operations of assigned homes
• respond to guest and homeowner concerns by email, phone, and ticket
• perform light home maintenance
• inspect properties before guest and owner arrivals
• support new properties joining the portfolio
• assist across the team as needed
• travel between worksites in the local market or region.
