What you'll do

• Take resident orders and serve food and beverages
• set, clear, and reset tables
• wash dishes and use the dishwasher safely
• wipe tables and chairs after meals
• sweep and mop kitchen, serving, and dishwashing areas
• follow safe serving and handling guidelines
• take and document temperatures as assigned
• maintain food storage and rotation as assigned
• and keep culinary spaces, supplies, and food orderly and sanitary.
