Application Programmer

Job overview

What you'll do

• Design, code, test, and implement applications and enhancements
• translate business requirements into technical specifications
• maintain and troubleshoot existing and legacy applications
• write SQL queries and stored procedures
• develop interfaces, reports, and data exchanges
• participate in code reviews and testing
• provide production support
• maintain technical documentation
• follow secure coding and applicable government standards.
