What you'll do

• Greet guests and take beverage orders
• prepare drinks according to recipes and company standards
• verify guests’ ages for alcohol purchases and notify management about underage or obviously intoxicated guests
• enter orders in the POS system, collect payments, balance receipts, and follow cash-handling procedures
• maintain bar supplies and report defective equipment
• offer food to bar guests
• maintain product and menu knowledge
• clean, set up, and break down the bar
• wash and sterilize glassware
• participate in scheduled catering events as required.
