What you'll do

• Lead operations across multiple Capital One Lounge locations
• coach and develop operational leaders

• manage district P&L, budgets, forecasts, labor, costs, and profitability
• conduct site visits and client meetings
• ensure compliance with company, airport, food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards. Travel approximately 60%.
