The Therapeutic Integration Instructor — Youth Autism Services role is onsite in Baltimore, MD, and is part-time, under 35 hours weekly. Pay is $18 per hour. The League’s Youth Autism Department provides therapeutic and recreational programming to promote social skills, communication, and personal development for children and teens on the autism spectrum.

What you'll do

• Implement individualized service plans and lead structured programming for social interaction, communication, emotional regulation, life skills, and recreation. Facilitate group and one-on-one activities
• model positive behavior and evidence-based strategies
• document participant progress
• collaborate with therapists, behavior specialists, and families
• maintain safety and inclusion
• and participate in staff training and professional development.

Why this role
