The Caregiver, Assisted Living role is onsite in Santa Rosa, CA. Pay is $19.00–$22.75 per hour. The caregiver helps residents maintain dignity, choice, independence, and wellbeing through daily-living assistance, mobility support, companionship, and attentive reporting to licensed or supervisory staff.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and continence care
• support mobility, transfers, and positioning
• assist with mealtime service
• respond to resident requests and call systems
• observe, document, and report changes in residents’ condition
• provide light housekeeping related to resident care
• encourage independence and participation in community life
• follow infection-control, resident-rights, and confidentiality standards.
