What you'll do

• Build the show with KNKX senior leadership, including helping hire the production team
• shape daily editorial direction and sound
• manage and develop the production team
• pitch and produce segments alongside the team
• coordinate with the newsroom on content, story leads, and regional coverage
• guide distribution across broadcast, podcast, digital stories, social media, and a weekly newsletter
• handle team scheduling, time management, and coverage planning.
