What you'll do

• Clean and sanitize dining rooms, lounges, meeting rooms, restrooms, offices, and back-of-house areas
• sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish
• empty trash and recycling
• follow cleaning schedules and sanitation standards
• report maintenance or safety concerns
• wash, dry, fold, and organize linens, towels, tablecloths, and uniforms
• inspect items for damage
• maintain laundry equipment and clean-linen inventory.
