What you'll do

• Manage and coordinate all yard activities.
• Supervise all technicians.
• Coordinate routes, pick-ups, and deliveries with routers to ensure efficiency.
• Analyze and report on operational activities, including labor, overtime, and fuel usage.
• Resolve customer service issues.
• Coordinate asset transfers with other yards.
• Maintain staffing levels.
• Assist the Operations Manager with logistics for special events.
• Review driver paperwork for accuracy.
• Approve payroll punches and time-off requests.
• Administer fleet DOT compliance and safety programs.
• Conduct performance reviews.
