What you'll do

• Act as community Maintenance Manager during vacancies
• conduct drills, preventive maintenance, room turns, and work orders
• maintain inspection and drill records
• oversee housekeeping standards and budgets
• provide hands-on training
• coordinate transitions with the home office
• conduct audits
• support ongoing manager training
• travel daily to assigned communities and provide 24/7 on-call emergency support.
