What you'll do

• Manage a team of 8–15 people
• review sales reports, submit payroll, and manage scheduling
• run the boutique and provide excellent customer service
• train staff and lead by example
• evaluate and price inventory using buying software
• organize racks, merchandise clothing, tag and process products
• operate the register and teach customers how to sell items to the store.
