The Inbound/Outbound Customer Care Representative role is onsite in Houston, TX. Starting pay is $19.50 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with two weeks of paid onsite training. The role supports SynergenX Health patients throughout their healthcare journey. The representative answers calls and messages, schedules appointments, responds to concerns, and documents communications. What you'll do

• Answer incoming calls and messages promptly and professionally
• schedule patient appointments using the EHR system
• respond to questions and concerns and route issues appropriately
• document communications accurately in the CRM

• assist with administrative tasks and other team needs as needed.
