Compensation is $30–$47 per year. The Generate Sales QA Support I role is onsite in Santa Ana, CA. The position supports Goodwill sellers using Generate Sales warehouse management software and the ShopGoodwill.com ecommerce platform. The role helps sellers adopt and use the platforms by coordinating technical onboarding, responding to support tickets, documenting and communicating software defects, and assisting with testing, maintenance, and delivery of the systems and related websites.

What you'll do

• Coordinate seller onboarding, software installation, and hardware configuration
• triage and answer Generate Sales support tickets
• provide bug feedback and reproduction details to the Product Director and development team
• support testing, maintenance, and delivery of Generate Sales, ShopGoodwill.com, and related websites
• document and present programming defects
• communicate with buyers, sellers, and administrative staff about setup and support.

Why this role

The posting prefers three to five years of ecommerce operations and helpdesk or technical support experience, and one to three years of technical troubleshooting and documentation experience. SQL querying and scripting or programming are preferred but not required.
