What you'll do

• Deliver food according to quality standards
• know the menu and describe dishes
• track table numbers, seat assignments, and floor plans
• follow service procedures
• offer condiments when appropriate
• communicate with servers and kitchen staff
• assist servers and bussers with guest requests
• maintain a clean service area
• follow food safety and sanitation rules
• assist with setup, cleaning, and general service tasks.
