What you'll do

• Provide massage and body treatment services using proper draping
• consult with guests and make personalized recommendations
• sell or upsell retail products and treatment enhancements
• maintain client relationships
• set up and break down treatment areas
• follow safety, sanitation, and disinfection standards
• communicate guest complaints and maintenance issues to management
• attend scheduled training.
