What you'll do

• Process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, cashier’s checks, and other financial transactions
• research end-of-day balancing issues
• open and maintain accounts and debit cards
• complete Know Your Customer requirements
• review account activity for Bank Secrecy Act compliance
• respond to loan inquiries and originate credit requests
• resolve customer concerns and follow up
• meet sales goals and support customer relationship growth
• educate customers about digital banking
• follow security, audit, and regulatory procedures
• work at different assigned banking centers within the region.
