What you'll do

• Lead process development and technology transfer from research and development to manufacturing
• chair the Strategic Project Oversight Committee
• improve development and transfer workflows
• lead process chemists, engineers, and project managers
• coordinate product, test method, and raw-material requirements
• support supplier onboarding
• assess process scalability
• use statistical tools to evaluate process capability
• and guide environmental, health, and safety compliance.
