What you'll do

• Process vendor invoices and supporting documentation
• match invoices to purchase orders and receipts
• reconcile vendor statements
• prepare AP reports and support payments
• respond to vendor inquiries
• prepare customer invoices
• post payments and cash receipts
• monitor customer accounts
• reconcile accounts and research discrepancies
• assist with collections, close activities, reconciliations, cash management, audits, and financial reporting.
