What you'll do

• Manage order processing, purchase orders, and franchisee support
• refine supply chain processes and respond to disruptions
• monitor vendor, warehouse, and freight partner service levels
• place and track replenishment orders
• monitor inventory and coordinate product transitions
• maintain fulfillment tracking
• reconcile purchase orders, receiving records, and invoices
• provide inventory and cash-need information
• maintain transaction documentation
• manage vendor relationships and onboarding
• respond to franchisee questions and shipping issues
• coordinate equipment delivery with studio openings
• track service-level KPIs.
