What you'll do

• Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor sales agents
• guide agents’ production-oriented development
• oversee a downline of agents and their performance and compliance with policies and procedures
• maintain personal production against established goals
• participate in recruiting as assigned
• facilitate licensing training
• conduct joint field work with new agents, including appointment sharing and commission splits
• participate in management team meetings and support the Branch Sales Office.
