What you'll do

• Complete service requests

• complete work orders in ServUS Connect
• perform basic carpentry and preventive maintenance inspections
• replace locks, switches, outlets, and light fixtures
• maintain curb appeal
• comply with environmental, OSHA, company, and respiratory-protection requirements
• participate in on-call and inclement-weather maintenance.
