What you'll do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for specialty businesses and corporate roles
• develop strategic recruiting plans and use KPIs to assess pipelines
• manage intake calls, sourcing, application review, phone screens, candidate feedback, and offers
• support college recruiting and early-career pipelines
• collaborate on workforce planning
• build candidate networks
• improve recruiting processes
• track metrics and report progress to leadership.
