GENERAL DESCRIPTION/PURPOSE. The primary responsibility of a Sales Assistant is to help facilitate the sale of new homes, using a structured sales process. HMH must be represented with professionalism, and have our mission and values incorporated into all aspects of the Sales Assistant’s responsibilities.
