What you'll do

• Size addressable markets and growth rates by segment, region, and channel
• analyze market share, competitive positioning, and barriers to entry
• interview customers, distributors, and industry experts
• assess customer concentration, churn, pricing power, and backlog quality
• build downside, base, and upside cases
• identify pricing, cross-sell, channel, and acquisition opportunities
• and lead post-close commercial growth planning.
