What you'll do

• Understand customer applications, architectures, performance requirements, and operating environments
• serve as technical contact through evaluation, integration, validation, deployment, and production support
• advise on LiDAR selection, configuration, installation, networking, synchronization, calibration, data processing, and optimization
• prepare and validate customer solutions
• lead integration and field-validation activities
• troubleshoot complex field issues
• investigate root causes and work with engineering teams
• create technical documentation
• collaborate across engineering, product, quality, and manufacturing teams
• communicate findings and recommendations.
