What you'll do

• Supervise and support store staff
• coach and train Doctor’s Technicians on diagnostic pre-testing, refraction, contact lens care, and clinical standards
• maintain accurate patient records and confidentiality
• oversee contact lens orders and trials and diagnostic lens inventory
• support customer service, sales goals, and store operations.
