What you'll do

• Liaise between office personnel and project managers
• run work-order status reports and manage open work orders
• review completed work orders for accuracy
• prepare and revise invoices for approval and send them daily
• complete monthly billing and preventive-maintenance tracking
• code invoices, verify purchase orders, and support accounts receivable with payments, deposits, logs, and follow-up.
