The Lead Registered Dental Assistant role is onsite in Atwater, CA, with compensation of $22–$25 per hour. This role supervises back-office staff and coordinates patient management, office flow, sterilization, compliance, supplies, and records to support safe, efficient dental practice operations and patient satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Supervise, schedule, train, and evaluate back-office staff
• participate in hiring and retention
• partner with dentists on patient management and treatment instructions
• monitor patient flow and adjust schedules
• ensure sterilization and compliance with OSHA, Dental Board, and corporate policies
• conduct inspections
• maintain supplies, inventory, and patient records
• participate in operational meetings.
