What you'll do

• Check radios, flashlights, and keys before taking a watch
• prepare shift and incident documentation
• receive and relay shift information
• conduct radio checks and facility counts
• patrol buildings and monitor residents and facility conditions
• supervise resident work details
• conduct scheduled or random tests and searches
• document disciplinary actions
• perform cleanliness checks
• verify visitors
• maintain confidentiality and follow facility policies and safety procedures
• work shifts or overtime as needed for coverage.
