What you'll do

• Manage projects from start to finish

• provide construction services including site visits and shop drawing reviews
• serve as key client contact
• assemble consultant teams and facilitate contracts
• coordinate trades and project documents
• conduct project code searches and analysis
• manage project financial success
• communicate with clients, brokers, contractors, consultants, and team members.
