What you'll do

• Oversee monthly close, financial reporting, and general ledger accuracy
• manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management
• monitor behavioral health revenue and billing coordination
• ensure grant compliance and prepare funder reports
• lead budget preparation and variance analysis
• coordinate the annual audit and maintain audit readiness
• supervise and develop accounting staff
• maintain appropriate financial systems and processes.
