Leasing Consultant

What you'll do

• Handle calls, emails, messages, and in-person inquiries
• greet prospects and assess their needs
• present apartments and amenities
• qualify prospects and close leases
• follow up through the CRM
• process application verifications, lease paperwork, rent payments, and deposits
• assist residents with portal setup and work orders
• inspect tour routes, model units, vacancies, and common areas
• monitor digital presence.
