What you'll do

• Coordinate product launches and equipment repurposing
• design process fixtures and specify tooling
• create and maintain process documentation
• lead Kaizen and improvement activities
• work with Quality and Production on efficiency and cost reductions
• manage line efficiency, safety, and ergonomics
• coordinate vendor integration
• occasional international travel.
