What you'll do

• Coordinate employee training, performance assessment, work assignments, and personnel actions
• ensure adherence to process instructions, safety rules, and quality standards
• inspect workplace conditions and investigate incidents
• lead continuous improvement and problem-solving
• approve timesheets and production reports
• review schedules, materials, and staffing
• maintain production records
