The Life Engagement Coordinator role is onsite in Mankato, MN. The stated hourly wage range is $22–$26. The role supports resident engagement at an Autumn Grace senior living community managed by Jaybird Senior Living. The coordinator develops and oversees activities across levels of care, using the Six Dimensions of Wellness to encourage resident participation and wellbeing. The role supports meaningful individual and group opportunities while guiding engagement staff and coordinating outings, events, and resources.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement resident activities aligned with individual preferences and the Six Dimensions of Wellness
• complete Life Story and wellness assessments for new residents
• train and mentor engagement staff
• plan and supervise outings and community events
• maintain activity areas, supplies, and equipment
• manage volunteer involvement
• prepare and distribute calendars and newsletters
• maintain records and regulatory compliance
• participate in staff training and meetings
• manage the department budget.
