What you'll do

• Receive quote requests from sales agents by email
• create Salesforce opportunities
• prepare quotations using approved price books and pricing scripts
• select product codes, configurations, and quantities
• review and send quotations
• maintain complete opportunity records and documentation
• respond to basic product and order-status inquiries
• coordinate technical clarification with engineering, production, or customer support
• assist with order entry and office administration
• maintain quoting templates and documentation.
