What you'll do

• Provide 24x7 production and lower-environment support
• respond to database incidents and troubleshoot service issues
• manage database operations, maintenance, patching, upgrades, and migrations
• monitor availability and performance and conduct root-cause analysis
• manage capacity, backups, restores, and recovery
• administer access and security controls
• support replication, disaster recovery, failovers, and switchovers
• maintain monitoring, reports, and dashboards
• develop automation and documentation
• coordinate vendor cases and work with partner teams.
