What you'll do

• Assist with daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing
• uphold food quality, service, and cleanliness standards
• oversee inventory, supply ordering, and cost control
• train, coach, and provide feedback to team members
• support scheduling and staffing
• address team issues and customer concerns
• support sales tracking, cash handling, budgets, financial reports, and record-keeping
• help oversee food safety training and operational records
• assist with reports, action plans, and special projects.
