Job overview

The Senior Systems Architect, USCG C5I role is hybrid in Virginia Beach, VA, with approximately two to three onsite days each week and other days remote or occasional site visits in Portsmouth, VA. The anticipated pay range is $125,000–$141,000 per year. THOR Solutions provides mission-critical support to federal agencies, including the Department of Homeland Security. The architect leads enterprise architecture development and governance for U.S. Coast Guard C5I capabilities. The role ensures architecture products align with Coast Guard mission and support objectives, maintains the digital thread across architecture layers, and communicates technical recommendations to government stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Lead development and maintenance of current- and future-state enterprise, solution, target, and reference architectures
• advise the Chief Enterprise Architect
• maintain the Enterprise Architecture Repository and digital thread
• develop architecture manuals, CONOPS, workflows, directives, and guides
• assess compliance with DoD and DHS standards
• facilitate Enterprise Architecture Board governance
• model emerging technology and capability needs
• deliver briefings, dashboards, and visualizations.
