Global Sourcing Manager

The Global Sourcing Manager role is onsite in Louisville, Kentucky. The base pay range is $120,000–$170,000 annually. Vogt Power designs, manufactures, and supplies equipment and solutions for the power generation industry, including heat recovery steam generators. Reporting to the Senior Director of Supply Management, the manager strengthens the global supply base for HRSG and boiler materials and components. The role develops qualified suppliers, evaluates sourcing risks and capacity, and supports competitive procurement, quality, delivery, and continuity objectives.

What you'll do

• Monitor global market conditions, pricing, supply risks, and capacity
• assess supplier capacity and qualify alternative sources
• maintain the Approved Vendor List and supplier qualification records
• develop strategic supplier relationships
• advise Buyers and Project Procurement Managers on sourcing
• report sourcing progress and risks to business unit leadership
• support strategic agreements and supplier pricing for estimating and proposals.
