Insurance Verification Representative

The Insurance Verification Representative role is onsite in Pasco, WA. Pay is $17.13 per hour. The representative verifies coverage and benefits, communicates patient costs and coverage issues, and supports account creation and appointment scheduling. Accurate documentation and coordination help patients understand their benefits and keep their care-related administrative process moving.

What you'll do

• Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits through payer portals and Experian
• process patient accounts
• document benefits, limitations, copays, deductibles, and estimated costs
• notify patients about coverage issues and financial responsibilities
• schedule new patient appointments
• respond to account questions through approved communication methods
• refer patients to Financial Counseling when appropriate
• maintain records and comply with HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2.
