What you'll do

  • Provide evidence-based crisis services to people experiencing mental health or substance use crises
  • consult remotely with a master’s-level supervisor when needed
  • support de-escalation and, when appropriate, transport individuals to care
  • arrange follow-up and service connections
  • provide rotating weekend and holiday coverage
  • collaborate with family members and community providers
  • complete records and reports
  • attend supervision, agency meetings, and training.
