This role is responsible for providing critical care and support to animals in emergency situations during overnight shifts. The technician will work closely with veterinarians and other staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

What you'll do

• Triage patients, perform restraint, venipuncture, IV catheter placement, basic medical math, anesthesia induction and recovery.
• Provide CPR when needed.
• Assist with procedures and treatments.
• Monitor patients during recovery.
• Maintain accurate medical records.
• Communicate effectively with veterinarians and pet owners.

What we're looking for

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Experience

Experience with anesthesia and monitoring, phlebotomy
