What you'll do

• Follow safety policies and procedures
• perform production and donation functions
• sort softline and hardline items and distinguish quality merchandise from salvage
• hang and price merchandise according to guidelines
• assist with quality pulls and stock merchandise by classification
• load and unload vehicles
• price, sanitize, and tag furniture and large donated items
• maintain clean and organized work areas
• cooperate with consumers, community groups, and coworkers.
